Mr. A. O. Kolawole is the Managing Director (CEO). He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Financial Management. Out of his over 25 years working experience, he has been involved in Pensions Management and Consultancy for over 22 years. He has presented papers on pensions and related benefits at different fora in Nigeria, South Africa and the United Kingdom. He has also attended Seminars and Conferences in Nigeria and the Republic of Ireland on Insurance and Pension Reforms worldwide.

Emamnuel Olutoyin Eleoramo, B.Sc, MBA, A.C.I.I.

Director

Mr. Emmanuel O. Eleoramo holds a First Class Degree in Insurance, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) both from the University of Lagos. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. He has had over 28 years of varied experience in General Insurance Marketing, Underwriting and Employee Benefits Consultancy generally.
One of the major players in the Nigerian Insurance Industry. He is a past President and Chairman of Council of the Chartered Insurance Institute      of Nigeria. He was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian French Insurance Company Ltd and later Whispering Hope Insurance Company Ltd (now Sterling Assurance Nigeria Ltd) before his appointment as the Managing Director of Nigerian Life and Provident Company Limited.

Amos Adedeji Adeyeye, F.C.I.I.

Director

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and currently Deputy Chairman/CEO of Hogg Robinson Nigeria Ltd, the leading general Insurance Broker in Nigeria. He is also a Director of many other Companies such as:
Nigerian Life & Provident Company Ltd.
Sterling Assurance Nigeria Limited
Medexia Ltd
HRN Travels Ltd etc.
