Mr. Adewale O. Kolawole MBA, A.C.I.I.
Mr. A. O. Kolawole is the Managing Director (CEO). He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Financial Management.
Out of his over 23 years working experience he has been involved in pensions management and consultancy for over 18 years continuously as an employee of Nigerian Life and Pensions Consultants Ltd.
He has presented papers on pensions and related benefits at different fora in Nigeria, South Africa and the United Kingdom. He has also attended Seminars and Conferences in Nigeria and the Republic of Ireland on Insurance and Pension Reforms worldwide
Mrs.Comfort Olubunmi Oyeleye MBA, ACII
She is the Executive Director (Operations). A member of the Society of Fellows of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, Mrs. Oyeleye attended the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Swiss Insurance Training Centre Zurich, Switzerland, The City of London Polytechnic and the University of Manchester United Kingdom.
She rose to the position of Assistant Director in the Federal Civil Service and served in various departments including Pensions and Gratuities Department of the Federal Ministry of Establishments, Insurance Department of Federal Ministry of Trade and Commerce, and Finance. She was Deputy Commissioner of Insurance at the National Insurance Commission and later became Executive Director Technical Operations at Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation.
Mrs. Oyeleye has served on various committees in the financial services sector of the Nigerian Economy. She brings a vast wealth of experience in Management, financial services regulation and an in depth knowledge of the workings of Pension to NLPC PFA.
Mr. Samuel Adewole Balogun MSc., ACA, ACIIN, ACTI
Mr. Balogun is the General Manager (Finance & Investment). He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Master of Science degree in Management both from the University of Lagos. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
He has over 15 years experience in management of pension funds, insurance, mutual fund and private equity funds. He has worked with Crusader Insurance (Nigeria) Plc, Industrial & General Insurance Co. Limited (IGI), and EIB Trustees Limited. Prior to joining NLPC PFA Ltd, he was the General Manager of the A-Z Mutual Investment Fund - an open-end investment fund listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
He brings a passion for funds and portfolio management to NLPC PFA Ltd.
Mr. Aderemi Jelili Lateef B.Sc., ACA, ACTI
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He is also Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Mr. Lateef started his career with the firm of Akintola Williams and Company. Before joining NLPCPFA he was a partner in the firm of Lateef Aderemi & Co Chartered Accountants.
